Data collected

When you request an appointment, we collect:

• your first and last name, company, work e-mail address and phone number;
• your optional answers about your project (topic, organization size, Microsoft 365 licenses, timeline, message);
• the selected time slot, your time zone and language, and the date and version of your consent;
• your IP address, sent to Cloudflare Turnstile only to check that the request does not come from a bot.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to process your request, confirm the appointment and contact you about it. Processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time, and on steps taken prior to a possible contract.

No data is sold or used for advertising. Our e-mails contain no open or click tracking.

Recipients and processors

Only the SO Cloud team accesses your data. We rely on the following technical providers:

• Vercel — website hosting;
• Neon — database, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt);
• Resend — e-mail delivery, from the European Union (Ireland);
• Cloudflare — domain name management, bot protection and e-mail forwarding.

Microsoft watch alerts

If you subscribe to the updates by e-mail, we keep your e-mail address, the products and frequency you chose, your language, and the date and version of your consent. This data is used only to send you the digests; processing is based on your consent.

Nothing is sent until you confirm with the link received by e-mail. Without confirmation within 7 days, the subscription is deleted. Every e-mail contains a one-click unsubscribe link; your data is then deleted within 30 days. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, like the appointment form.

Retention

Requests are deleted automatically no later than 12 months after they are created. If you become a client, your contact details are kept for the duration of the business relationship.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. Write to contact@socloud.ma: we reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority: the CNDP in Morocco, the CNIL in France or the Commission d'accès à l'information in Québec.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or audience measurement cookies. It only sets a cookie remembering your language, and Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical cookies required for bot protection.

The watch pages anonymously count views and clicks on the contact buttons: only the event type, the language, the page concerned and the time are recorded, without cookies, IP address or any identifier. These counters are kept for 13 months.

Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), only necessary data is collected, and access to the administration area is restricted, protected and logged.
